NOTICE TO CITY OF COLTON CITIZENS <br />REGARDING ORDINANCE NO. 0-15-90 <br />On Tuesday, October 16, 1990, the Colton City Council did consider <br />and adopt ordinance No. 0-15-90, amending Chapter 3.28, Title 3, of the <br />Colton Municipal Code, and Ordinance No. 0-3-90. <br />This ordinance grants Credits against Sales and Use Taxes owed to <br />the City of Colton in the amount of Sales and Use Taxes paid, if any, <br />to the Colton Redevelopment Agency, and to repeal Section 3.28.1371 <br />Chapter 3.28, Title 3, of the Colton Municipal Code, and amend Ordi- <br />nance No. 0-3-90. <br />You may wish to examine the full text of this ordinance which is <br />on file in the City Clerk's Office. <br />HELEN A.
