<br />a party to nor interested in the above entitled matter. I am
<br />the principal clerk of the printer of the Colton Courier, a news-
<br />paper published in the City of Colton, State of California,
<br />County of San Bernardino and which newspaper is published
<br />for the dissemination of local news and intelligence of a
<br />general character, and which newspaper at all the times
<br />herein mentioned had and still has a bona fide subscription
<br />list of paying subscribers, and which newspaper has been

<br />Council adopted Ordi-
<br />nance No. 0-15-90,
<br />amending Chapter 3.28,
<br />Title 3 of the Colton
<br />Municipal Code, and
<br />Ordinance No. 0-3-90.
<br />This Ordinance grants
<br />Credits against Sales and
<br />Use Taxes owed to the
<br />City of Coltow in the
<br />amount of Sales and Use
<br />Taxes paid, if any, to the
<br />Colton Redevelopment
<br />Agency, and to Repeal
<br />Section 3.28.137 ' Chapter
<br />3.28., Title 3, of the
<br />Colton Municipal Code,
<br />and amend Ordinance No.
<br />0-3-9Q.
