Installation, repair or replacement of controls to each <br />heating appliance or heating, ventilation, air <br />conditioning or refrigeration system installed by a <br />recognized incorporated public utility for use of such <br />corporation in the distribution, generation, <br />transmission, metering of gas or for temporary testing <br />equipment." <br />The following change is made to the "Uniform Electrical Code," <br />1988 Edition: <br />Sections 310-2(b) and 310-5 are amended to read as follows: <br />-z- <br />
