1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />,o <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />The Uniform Swimming Pool, Spa, and Hot Tub Code, 1988 <br />Edition; <br />The Uniform Code for Building Conservation, 1990 Edition. <br />(HEREAFTER jointly "the Codes".) <br />The codes are hereby adopted as the Building Code of the City of <br />Colton, for regulating the erection, construction, alteration, <br />repair, moving, removal, demolition, conversion, occupancy, <br />equipment, use, height, area and/or maintenance and other matters <br />contained in said codes of all buildings and structures of any <br />type whatsoever and each of the provisions in reference to <br />issuance of permits, collection of fees, and each and every <br />provision, regulation condition, and term of the codes are adopted <br />and made a part hereof as if fully set forth herein. <br />SECTION TWO Changes in Codes. <br />The following change is made to the "Uniform Mechanical Code," <br />1988 Edition: <br />Section 301 (b) is amended by adding after item 5, item 6 as <br />"6. Installation, repair or replacement of controls to each <br />heating appliance or heating, ventilation, air <br />conditioning or refrigeration system installed by a <br />recognized incorporated public utility for use of such <br />corporation in the distribution, generation, <br />transmission, metering of gas or for temporary testing <br />equipment." <br />The following change is made to the "Uniform Electrical Code," <br />1988 Edition: <br />Sections 310-2(b) and 310-5 are amended to read as follows: <br />-z- <br />
