Installation, repair or replacement of controls to each heating <br />appliance or heating, ventilation, air conditioning or <br />refrigeration system installed by a recognized incorporate <br />public utility for use of such corporation in the distribution, <br />generation, transmission, metering of gas or for temporary <br />testing equipment." <br />The following change is made to the "Uniform Plumbing Code", 1991 <br />IEdition: <br />Section 401 (a)(2) is amended by adding "The Building Official may <br />require non -corrosive drainage piping in buildings discharging potentially <br />acidic liquids." <br />The following change is made to the "National Electrical Code", 1990 <br />IEdition: <br />Sections 310-2(b) and 310-5 are amended to read as follows: <br />"(b) Conductor Material. Conductors in this article shall be <br />aluminum or copper. Conductors smaller than 06 AWG shall be <br />copper only." <br />Section 310-14 is added to read as follows: <br />"Aluminum conductors shall not be used for multi -fixture circuit <br />conductors." <br />The following changes are made to the "Uniform Building code", 1991 <br />Edition: <br />Section 301 (b) 2. is amended to read "Fences not over three (3) feet high." <br />- 2 - <br />
