SECTION TWO Changes in Codes. The following change is made to the "Uniform Mechanical Code", 1991 Edition: Section 301 (b) is amended by adding after item 5, item 6 as follows: "6. Installation, repair or replacement of controls to each heating appliance or heating, ventilation, air conditioning or refrigeration system installed by a recognized incorporate public utility for use of such corporation in the distribution, generation, transmission, metering of gas or for temporary testing equipment." The following change is made to the "Uniform Plumbing Code", 1991 IEdition: Section 401 (a)(2) is amended by adding "The Building Official may require non -corrosive drainage piping in buildings discharging potentially acidic liquids." The following change is made to the "National Electrical Code", 1990 IEdition: Sections 310-2(b) and 310-5 are amended to read as follows: "(b) Conductor Material. Conductors in this article shall be aluminum or copper. Conductors smaller than 06 AWG shall be copper only." Section 310-14 is added to read as follows: "Aluminum conductors shall not be used for multi -fixture circuit conductors." The following changes are made to the "Uniform Building code", 1991 Edition: Section 301 (b) 2. is amended to read "Fences not over three (3) feet high." - 2 -
