DEFINITIONS: CONSTRUCTION: <br />The provisions, phrases and words of this chapter and those of any standards or <br />procedures adopted pursuant thereto shall be construed and applied consistently with the <br />provisions and definitions contained in SMARA and the California Code of Regulations <br />(commencing with Chapter 8, Title 14, Section 3500 g( Za.), as the same have been enacted <br />or may be amended from time to time. <br />-2- <br />GPS109256 <br />
