No individual shall serve <br />on more than one Commission or Committee. Individuals <br />nominated by individual Councilmembers to serve on a <br />commission or Committee shall reside in the electoral <br />district of the nominating Councilmember on that <br />commission or Committee. Individuals nominated by the <br />Mayor to serve on a commission or Committee shall <br />represent the City at large on that Commission or <br />Committee, and may reside anywhere in the City. <br />2.30.040 Initial Term of office: Upon adoption of this <br />ordinance, all positions on all Commissions and <br />Committees shall be deemed to be vacant. Each new <br />appointment to a City Commission or Committee shall serve <br />a term that is concurrent and coterminous with the <br />electoral term of the City Councilmember or Mayor who <br />appoints such individual to the Commission or Committee. <br />2.30.050 Terms of Office for council Members after <br />Transition Period: The terms of office for Commissioners <br />after the initial term established in Section 2.30.040 <br />for the transition period shall be four years for each <br />
