Such terms of <br />office shall run concurrently with the term of office of <br />the appointing Councilmember or Mayor. <br />2.30.060 Oualifications for Appointment to commission or <br />committee: Except as otherwise specified in the <br />Municipal Code, any resident of the City of Colton may be <br />appointed to serve on any Commission or Committee subject <br />to the following limitations: <br />1) No individual may serve concurrently on <br />more than one City Commission or Committee. <br />2) No relative of any City Councilmember or <br />any City employee may be allowed to serve on <br />any commission or Committee. For purposes of <br />this section, "relative" is defined to include <br />the following: Grandparents, grandchildren, <br />parents, parents-in-law, step-parents, <br />brothers, brothers-in-law, sisters, sisters- <br />in-law, children, children -in-law, step- <br />children, spouses, first cousins, nieces, <br />nephews, aunts, uncles, foster children, <br />foster parents, adoptive children and any <br />other relative living in the same household as <br />the City Councilmember or City Employee. <br />
