The rent review <br />Commission shall be appointed in accord with the <br />provisions of Chapter 2.30 of the Colton Municipal Code. <br />In addition to the qualifications set forth in section <br />2.30.060, members of the rent review commission shall be <br />appointed in such a manner that at least one, and no more <br />than one member of the rent review commission shall be a <br />mobile home park owner, operator, manager or designated <br />agent of a mobile home park located in the City and at <br />least one, and no more than one member shall be a <br />mobilehome tenant who resides in the City. The tenant <br />member of the rent review commission shall not reside in <br />the same mobilehome park as the owner member of the rent <br />review commission. Candidates for membership on the rent <br />review commission shall submit a verified statement <br />listing all interests in any real property or mobile home <br />as defined in Section 798.3 of the California Civil Code <br />including ownership, individually, jointly, legal or <br />
