Meetings. To fulfill its function, the <br />commission shall meet as often as it deems necessary, but <br />ordinarily at least one regularly scheduled public <br />meeting shall be held every ninety days if needed; or <br />within thirty days of any hearing or arbitration held <br />hereunder, whichever is earlier. All members of the <br />commission shall be required to attend all commission <br />meetings and hearings unless such member has been <br />disqualified from participation. Except as expressly <br />provided herein, the commission shall establish the time <br />and place of its meetings. All meetings of the <br />commission shall be conducted in accordance with the <br />provisions of the Ralph M. Brown Act. <br />15.48.110 Voting. The affirmative vote of a majority of <br />the commission is required for a decision, including all <br />motions, regulations, and orders of the commission. <br />15.48.120 Quorum.
