This Ordinance shall be liberally <br />construed to achieve the purposes of this Ordinance and to preserve <br />its validity. <br />SECTION 4: One complete copy of this ordinance shall be certified <br />to be a true, correct, and complete copy by the City Clerk of <br />Colton and shall be kept on file in the office of the City Clerk. <br />SECTION 5: The City Clerk shall cause this Ordinance or a summary <br />thereof to be published within fifteen (15) days after adoption in <br />a newspaper of general circulation, printed and published in <br />Colton, California, and the Ordinance shall take effect according <br />to law thirty (30) days from the date of final passage and <br />ED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 9th day of February, 1993. <br />PTEST: <br />FRANK A.
