The proposed subdivision is initiated and sponsored by the City of Colton <br />or by the Redevelopment Agency for the City of Colton. <br />2. The proposed subdivision shall not result in the displacement from the <br />subject mobilehome park of tenants and/or owners of mobilehomes then located <br />within the subject mobilehome park who do not purchase the condominium unit <br />where the mobilehome which they own or within which they reside is located. <br />3. The subdivision complies with such requirements then in effect as may <br />have been established by the Subdivision Map Act (California Government Code <br />Sections 66400 gl aM) or this chapter pertaining to significant health and safety <br />concerns and other requirements of the Subdivision Map Act or this chapter. <br />16.27.030 Conditions of approval. The city council may, in the Resolution <br />granting a waiver hereunder, impose such conditions as the city council deems <br />necessary to enable the city council to make the aforementioned findings. <br />16.27.040 Procedures and timing. The applicant requesting a waiver as <br />provided for herein shall make application therefore on such forms as may be <br />provided for by the Director of Planning. The application shall include the following <br />data for city evaluation: <br />1. Plot plan of the current mobilehome park configuration showing streets, <br />permanent structures, existing mobilebomes and total number of proposed spaces, <br />to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning. <br />2. Preliminary Title Report. <br />The city council shall approve or deny the request within 50 days of the <br />determination of a complete application. <br />-2- <br />
