In any municipal <br />parking facility, no person shall park or leave standing any vehicle, whether <br />attended or unattended, in any driveway, aisle, walk, or area other than entirely <br />within a designated parking space or in any location or position across any line or <br />marking designating a parking space. <br />10.05.030 No parking in restricted parking spaces In any municipal <br />parking facility, no person shall park or leave standing any vehicle whether <br />attended or unattended, in any parking space designated for restricted parking <br />only. <br />10.05.040 Compliance with specified traffic direction required. In any <br />municipal parking facility, no person shall drive a vehicle upon any driveway, <br />aisle, walk, or area in a direction contrary to the direction of travel indicated by <br />arrows or markings painted or placed thereon. <br />10.05.050 Traffic speed. In any municipal parking facility, no person <br />shall drive a vehicle at a speed greater than ten miles per hour or at a speed greater <br />than is reasonable and prudent, having due regard for the weather, visibility, the <br />traffic, the surface and width of the driveway or aisle, and in no event at a speed <br />that endangers the safety of persons or property. <br />10.05.060 Applicability of regulations.. The provisions of this chapter <br />shall not relieve any person from the duty to observe other more restrictive <br />provisions of the Vehicle Code or local title or of any special condition or <br />regulation of the City. <br />10.05.070 Bic,, skateboards etc. <br />A. It is unlawful for any person to ride upon any bicycle, roller skate or <br />skates, skateboard, or other similar contrivance in any municipal parking facility, <br />except authorized law enforcement personnel of the City's bicycle -mounted <br />enforcement team. <br />B. It is unlawful for any person to ride upon any bicycle, roller skate or <br />skates, skateboard, or other contrivance upon any sidewalk within any business <br />district within the City of Colton, except for authorized law enforcement personnel <br />
