The rent review commission shall be appointed in <br />accord with the provisions of Chapter 2.30 of the Colton Municipal Code. In addition <br />to the qualifications set forth in section 2.30.060, members of the rent review <br />commission shall be appointed in such a manner that no more than one member of the <br />rent review commission shall be a mobile home park owner, operator, manager or <br />designated agent of a mobile home park located in the City and at least one member shall <br />be a mobilehome tenant who resides in the City. The tenant member of the rent review <br />commission shall not reside in the same mobilehome park as any owner member of the <br />rent review commission. Candidates for membership on the rent review commission <br />shall submit a verified statement listing all interests in any real property or mobile home <br />as defined in Section 798.3 of the California Civil Code including ownership, <br />individually, jointly, legal or equitable and all sales of such property, or instruments <br />
