21 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the city of Colton will consider <br />the following actions from Attachment C, Discretionary Actions, for <br />adoption by December 31, 1993: <br />Require a percentage of all parking spaces to be reserved <br />for employee rideshare vehicles and located in <br />preferential locations. <br />If train stop locates in Colton, require provisions or <br />contributions to a shuttle that accesses transit <br />facilities. <br />Require provisions for on-site child care facilities and <br />ground -level play areas, or contribute to development of <br />an off-site facility within walking distance. <br />Require residential subdivisions to incorporate <br />supportive daily services that are centrally located and <br />conveniently accessible to pedestrians and bicyclists. <br />BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the City of Colton will not <br />consider any actions from Attachment D for adoption by December 31, <br />1993, but does support their adoption regionally only to the extent <br />necessary to achieve San Bernardino's portion of the regional trip <br />reduction target. <br />BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the City of Colton will develop a <br />(local implementation plan which meets the federal and/or regional <br />criteria for enforceability, identifying resources, funding, and <br />schedule for implementation of local actions that have, or will be, <br />Iadopted as part of the short-term subregional implementation <br />program. <br />BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the Cit of Colton will develop a <br />Ilocal monitoring program to monitor implementation of actions taken <br />locally to reduce trips. <br />BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the City of Colton will <br />(participate with SANBAG and other local jurisdictions to develop a <br />centralized monitoring program to provide information needed to <br />
