Publish a summary of this ordinance in a newspaper of general <br />circulation, printed and published in the County of San Bernardino and circulated in the City <br />of Colton, and post a certified copy of the full text of this ordinance in the office of the City <br />at least five (5) days prior to the City Council meeting at which the ordinance is to be <br />: and <br />B.
