A new Section G is hereby added to <br />the Redevelopment Plan to read as follows: <br />Section G Limitations <br />Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, <br />the provisions of this Redevelopment Plan shall be effective <br />until January 1, 2009. <br />4 <br />The Agency shall not pay indebtedness or receive <br />property tax increment revenues pursuant to Health and Safety <br />Code Section 33670 after ten (10) years from the termination of <br />the effective date of the Redevelopment Plan. <br />Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed <br />to send a Certified copy of this Ordinance to the Agency. <br />Section 3. Effective Date. This Ordinance <br />shall be in full force and effect thirty (30) days after its <br />passage. <br />- 2 - <br />
