Publication. The City Clerk is <br />hereby ordered and directed to certify to the passage of this <br />Ordinance and cause the same to be published once in a newspaper <br />of general circulation published and circulated in the City of <br />Colton, California. <br />Section 5. If any part of this Ordinance is <br />held to be invalid for any reason, such decision shall not affect <br />the validity of the remaining portion of this Ordinance and the <br />City Council hereby declares that it would have passed the <br />remainder of this Ordinance, if such valid portion thereof had <br />been deleted. <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, <br />CALIFORNIA ESTABLISHING AND AMENDING CERTAIN LIMITATIONS WITH <br />RESPECT TO THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE DOWNTOWN REDEVELOPMENT <br />PROJECT NO. 1 <br />Section 6. Effective Date <br />The findings and determinations herein shall be final <br />and conclusive.
