1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 0-15-95 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON AMENDING CHAPTER 5.36 OF THE COLTON <br />MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO POOL AND BILLIARD <br />ESTABLISHMENTS. <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1: Chapter 5.36 of the Colton Municipal Code is hereby amended <br />to read in its entirety as follows: <br />"CHAPTER 5.36 <br />POOL AND BILLIARDS <br />Sections: <br />5.36.010 License Required - Fee <br />5.36.020 Permit - Application <br />5.36.030 Persons Under Fourteen - Allowing on Premises Prohibited - <br />5.36.010 License Required - Fee <br />All owners, possessors or managers of pool or billiard establishments in the City <br />shall pay a license fee as required under the business license classification A <br />(Gross Receipts). <br />5.36.020 Permit - Application <br />Any person who desires to conduct, maintain, or own in the City, a billiard room <br />or poolroom, with over two pool tables (three or more), shall make application <br />therefore in writing for a Conditional Use Permit to the City.
