1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />5.36.030 Persons Under Fourteen - Allowinci on Premises Prohibited - <br />Exception <br />It is unlawful for any owner, manager, or other person in charge of any pool or <br />billiard establishment in the City, either by himself or through an agent, clerk, or <br />employee, to permit or allow any person under the age of fourteen years (unless <br />accompanied by a parent or legal guardian) to visit or play any game therein. <br />5.36.040 Persons Under Fourteen - Age Misrepresentation Prohibited <br />It is unlawful for any person under the age of fourteen years to misrepresent his <br />age to any owner, manager, agent, or employee of any pool or billiard <br />establishment in the City for the purpose of visiting or playing any game therein. <br />5.36.050 Age Statement - Owner's Protection From Prosecution <br />Such owner or proprietor of a pool or billiard establishment in the City may <br />require a written statement as to the age of any person desiring to visit or play <br />any game in such pool or billiard establishment in the City; and when such <br />statement is secured in good faith it shall protect such owner or proprietor from <br />prosecution. <br />5.36.060 Age Statement - Filing - Open to Police Inspection <br />All such signed statements shall be kept on file and shall at all times be open to <br />the inspection of any Police Officer of the City. <br />5.36.070 Wagers on Games Prohibited <br />It is unlawful for any such owner, or person in charge of such pool and billiard <br />establishment, to allow any wager to be made on any game played therein. <br />
