Whenever the words "Chief of the Bureau of Fire Prevention" are <br />used they may be held to mean the Fire Marshal. <br />15.16.030 Establisment of limits required by the Uniform Fire Code <br />A. The limits referred to in Sections 7902.2.2.1 and 7901.2.5.4.2 of the <br />Uniform Fire Code in which the storage of flammable or <br />combustible liquids in outside aboveground tanks is prohibited, are <br />hereby estahlished as follows: <br />In all areas of the City unless the Chief determines, with <br />specific written findings, that such storage will not create <br />a hazard to life or property within the area. <br />B. The limits refereed to in Section 8204.2 of the Uniform Fire Code in <br />which bulk storage of Liquefied Petroleum Gas is restricted, are hereby <br />established as follows: <br />All areas except those zoned M-2. <br />C. The limits referred to in Section 7741.7.2 of the Uniform Fire <br />Code, in which the storage of explosives and blasting agents is <br />prohibited, are hereby established as follows: <br />All areas unless authorized by the Chief under special permit. <br />15.16.040 Section 101.5 Amended. Section 101.5 of the Uniform Fire Code <br />is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />101.5 Liability. The chief and those individuals charged by the chief <br />with the control or extinguishment of any fire, the enforcement of this <br />code or any other official duties, acting in good faith and without malice <br />in the discharge of their duties, shall not be personally liable for any <br />damage that may accrue to persons or property as a result of any act or <br />
