(Hereafter jointly "the Codes.") The codes are adopted as the building code of the city, for regulating the erection, construction, alteration, repair, moving, removal, demolition, conversion, occupancy, equipment, use, height, area and/or maintenance and other matters contained in said codes of all buildings and structures of any type whatsoever and each of the provisions in reference to issuance of permits, collection of fees, and each and every provision, regulation, condition, and term of the codes are adopted and made a part hereof as if fully set forth herein. (Ord. 0-4-92 §1 (part), 1992: Ord. 0-15-91 (part), 1991). 15.04.020 Changes in Codes. The following changes are made to the " Uniform Building Code", 1994 Edition, inclusive of California amendments: A. Section 106.3.3 is expanded to include the following as its third paragraph: "Plans, details, structural analysis and specifications for structural steel construction shall be submitted for approval consideration by the Building Official prior to fabrication of each prefabricated structural assembly.
