If such installation is to be made later, a written agreement, <br />signed by the property owner, is required agreeing to complete said <br />improvements as set forth herinabove on a certain date fixed by the City, <br />and holding the City, its agents, officers and employees free and harmless <br />from all claims of any nature whatsoever arising in any way out of the use, <br />occupancy or the condition of said property, and furnish the City a <br />performance and completion bond or cash bond or other acceptable <br />security, in an amount and form deemed adequate by the Public Works <br />Director, securing the performance of said agreement. Said agreement <br />shall be in form approved by the City Attorney. <br />(B) A deed to the City of all rights-of-way, and easements in accordance with <br />any Street Plan, Specific Plan, or General Plan of the City or as required <br />by the City Council. <br />(C) In computing said 400 square feet as aforesaid, the same shall be <br />cumulative on two or more enclosed structures, remodeling, or additions <br />when there is the same owner and the second or more enclosed <br />structures, remodelings, or additions occur within a period of five years. <br />15.04.060 Building official designated. The director of community <br />development is designated as the "building official' as described in the codes and <br />shall authorize to exercise all powers and responsibilities of that position. <br />15.04.070 Permit issuance. Permits may be issued to: <br />A. Persons holding a valid license issued by state of California State <br />Contractors License Board, related to the specialty of the work being <br />performed, or <br />B. Persons providing bona fide proof of ownership of the property and <br />buildings for which the permit is being issued of their authorized <br />representative. <br />15.04.080 Copies on file.
