MULTI -FAMILY AND CONDOS/COMMON AREAS - METERED SEWER <br />CHARGES - The monthly charge shall be $0.51/ccf (ccf = per 100 cubic feet of <br />water used) and the minimum monthly charge shall be equal to that for one <br />residential dwelling unit. <br />D. COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL USERS - (applicable to all users not <br />covered by paragraphs A -C, above) shall be $0.77ccf (ccf = per 100 cubic feet of <br />water used) and the minimum monthly charge shall be equal to that for one residential <br />dwelling unit." <br />SECTION 2. RESIDENTIAL USERS (applicable for homes, mobile homes, <br />condominiums and apartments) <br />Wastewater Capacity Charge $2,800.00/ea. <br />B. COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL USERS (applicable to all users <br />not covered by paragraph A, above) <br />Wastewater Capacity Charge $ 6.00/gal <br />C. SARI LINE <br />Wastewater Capacity Charge $ 6.00/gal <br />D. WASTEWATER DISCHARGE PERMIT FEE - All users issued a <br />wastewater discharge permit(s) shall pay an annual fee of $300/year for each <br />permit.
