1 ORDINANCE NO. 0-23-99 <br />2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COLTON AMENDING <br />SECTION 10.04. 105 RELATING TO THE PARKING OF <br />3 TRUCKS AND OVERSIZED COMMERCIAL VEHICLES ON <br />4 RESIDENTIAL STREETS AND ADDING SECTIONS <br />10.04.107 AND 10.04.109 TO THE COLTON MUNICIPAL <br />5 CODE RELATING TO THE DESIGNATION OF TRUCK <br />ROUTES. <br />6 <br />7 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES ORDAIN <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />8 SECTION 1: Section 10.04.105 of the Colton Municipal Code is hereby <br />9 amended in its entirety to read as follows: <br />10 "10.04.105 Section 10.9 added to Article X -- Parking in residence <br />11 <br />districts. <br />12 <br />13 Section 10.9, "Stopping, standing or parking restricted or prohibited on <br />14 certain streets' is added to Article X as follows: <br />15 Section 10.9 Parking in certain zones: <br />16 (a) Parking a trailer, or truck tractor with a trailer or semitrailer attached, or a <br />17 truck with a load capacity of over one ton on a public street or the parking or <br />18 standing, on any street, or portion thereof, of commercial vehicles having a <br />19 manufacturer's gross vehicle weight rating of 10,000 pounds or more, including <br />20 buses and recreational vehicles used for commercial purposes as defined in Section <br />21 260 of the California Vehicle Code, in a residential zone is prohibited. <br />22 <br />23 (b) Parking a trailer, or truck tractor with a trailer or semitrailer attached, or a <br />24 truck with a load capacity of over one ton on a public street or the parking or <br />25 <br />26 standing, on any street, or portion thereof, of commercial vehicles having a <br />271 28 <br />
