The seal of the city is the same as that <br />heretofore used: In a circle the words, "City of Colton California" and in the center of such circle <br />the words, "Incorporated 1887." (Ord. 234 ' 1, 1907) <br />1.20.020 Custodian. The city clerk is the custodian of the seal of the <br />city. <br />1.20.030 Unlawful use of official indicia. It is unlawful for any <br />person to knowingly or wilfully use, or cause the use of, a copy or replica of the seal of the city, <br />the original or a copy or replica of city letterhead stationery, business cards, or any other official <br />ndicia of the city or any city department or office for any private or commercial purpose. <br />1.20.040 Purposes defined.
