These conditions contribute to an increased likelihood of <br />4 <br />5 fire. The City is subject to extremely strong winds, commonly referred to as ASanta <br />10 <br />Ana@ wind conditions, which can reach wind speeds of up to 80 miles per hour. In <br />11 <br />12 addition, the convergence of the marine shore air flow and the desert air flow creates <br />13 steady winds on a daily basis in the region.
