Portions of Section 4.7 (industrial Park Development Standards) of the Santa Ana River <br />Redevelopment Project Area Specific Plan is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />"Lot Size: Lot size shall meet the requirements set forth in Section 18.24.060 of the Colton <br />Zoning Code. <br />LandscaDina: Landscaping shall meet the requirements as set forth in Section 18.24.130 of the <br />Colton Zoning Code. <br />Parking and Loading: Parking and loading shall meet the requirements set forth in Chapter <br />18.50 of the Colton Zoning Code. <br />Fences, Walls and Hedges: Fences, walls and hedges shall meet the requirements set forth in <br />Chapter 18.38 of the Colton Zoning Code. <br />Uses Permitted: Uses permitted shall be those uses listed in Section 18.24.030 of the <br />Colton Zoning Code, provided that all operations are conducted within an enclosed building. <br />Notwithstanding the permitted uses listed in Section 18.24.030, the following additional uses <br />shall be permitted subject to the approval of a conditional use permit pursuant to Section <br />18-58.060 of the Colton Zoning Code: <br />A. Automobile servicing. <br />B. Caretaker dwellings. <br />C. Large collection and light processing recycling facilities. <br />D. Materials Recovery and Transfer Facilities. For purposes of this subsection, a'materials <br />recovery and transfer facility'shall be defined as a building or defined space used for the <br />temporary collection, sorting and processing of solid waste and intermingled recyclable <br />commodities for efficient transfer and shipment to a permitted landfill and/or recycling end user. <br />For purposes of this definition, 'processing' shall mean the preparation of solid waste and/or <br />recyclable commodities for efficient shipment, or to an end user's specifications, by such means <br />as bailing, briquetting, compacting, flattening, grinding, crushing, mechanical sorting, shredding, <br />cleaning and remanufacturing. <br />E.
