The applicant shall meet and comply with all re- <br />quirements of all reviewing agencies. All utili- <br />ties are to be placed underground. <br />2. Street names are to be approved by the Planning <br />Director. <br />3. The development shall meet the requirements as set <br />forth by the Department of Community Services for <br />streets, sewers, utilities, etc. <br />
