Permanent irrigation system for all land in- <br />cluded in the site plan. <br />b. All trees shall be not less than fifteen (15) <br />gallons in size, unless otherwise specified <br />by the Code. <br />C. All landscaping improvements, including irri- <br />gation, shall be installed prior to occupancy. <br />d. Applicant shall replace any and all trees which <br />die within the first year following occupancy <br />unless such responsibility is assumed by the <br />Homeowners Association, or some responsible <br />person or group as applicable. <br />22. All lots must be prewired for cable prior to mobile <br />home setup. <br />23. All plans and supporting information, as outlined in <br />Conditions 1 through 23 above, shall be approved by <br />the Planning Director prior to the issuance of any <br />building permits, business license or occupancy per- <br />mits, whichever is applicable. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 7th day of January, 1986. <br />E RT A.
