SECTION 5. The City Council hereby finds and determines that measures <br />have been incorporated into the Redevelopment Plan which will mitigate or avoid <br />any significant environmental effects thereof that can feasibly be mitigated or <br />avoided. <br />SECTION 6. The City Clerk of the City of Colton, in cooperation with the <br />Executive Director of the Agency, is hereby authorized and directed to file with the <br />County Clerk of the County of San Bernardino, a Notice of Determination, pursuant <br />to 14 California Administrative Code Section 15085(h). <br />SECTION 7.
