That the maintenance proposed to be performed consists <br />of the furnishing of services and materials for the ordinary and usual <br />maintenance, operation and servicing of public landscaping and lighting <br />including; <br />(a) Repair, removal or replacement of all or any part of the <br />improvements thereon; <br />(b) Providing for the life, growth, health and beauty of the land- <br />scaping thereon; including cultivation, irrigation, trimming, spraying, <br />fertilizing or treating for disease or injury; and <br />(c) The removal of trimmings, rubbish, debris and other solid <br />waste. <br />(d) Required electircal operation, repair and replacement. <br />(e) Street light installation, servicing and maintenance. <br />Section 3. That the proposed landscaping and lighting maintenance <br />district encompasses all that certain territory of the City of Colton <br />included within the exterior boundary line shown upon that certain <br />"Proposed Boundaries of Annexation No. 2 and 3 to the City of Colton <br />Landscaping and Lighting Maintenance District No. 1, "indicating by <br />said boundary line the extent of the territory included within the <br />proposed district and which map is on file in the Office of the City <br />Clerk. Reference is hereby made to said map for further, full and more <br />particular description of said landscaping and lighting maintenance <br />district, and the said map so on file shall govern for all details as <br />to the extent of said district. <br />Section 4. That the proceedings for the annexation to said District <br />are to be conducted under and in accordance with provisions of Division <br />15 of the Code. <br />
