R-116-86 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING ENGINEER'S <br />REPORT FOR LEVY OF ANNUAL ASSESSMENTS FOR <br />FISCAL YEAR 1986-87 FOR CITY OF COLTON LAND- <br />SCAPING AND LIGHTING MAINTENANCE DISTRICT <br />NO. 1 AND ANNEXATION NO. 1 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton, California ("this <br />City Council") on June 3, 1986 adopted its Resolution No. R-83-86, initiating <br />proceedings for the levy of annual assessments for Fiscal Year 1986-87 for <br />the City of Colton Landscaping and Lighting Maintenance District #1 and <br />Annexation #1 and has ordered the Engineers of Work to prepare and file a <br />report in accordance with Sections 22622 and 22565, et seg. , of the <br />California Streets and Highways Code (the "Code"); and <br />WHEREAS, the Engineers of Work have filed with the City Clerk their <br />report (the "Engineer's Report") containing the matters specified in <br />Section 22567, et seq., of the Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the Engineer's Report has been duly presented by the City <br />Clerk to the City Council for consideration and has been fully considered <br />by the City Council and this City Council finds that each and every part <br />of the Engineer's Report is sufficient, and that no portion of the report <br />requires or should be modified in any respect. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Colton as follows: <br />Section 1. That the Engineer's estimate of the itemized costs and <br />expenses of said work and of the incidental expenses in connection there- <br />with, contained in said report be, and each of them are hereby, preliminarily <br />approved and confirmed. <br />
