That the diagrams showing the District referred to and <br />described in said report, the boundaries of the subdivision of land within <br />said District as the same existed at the time of passage of said Resolution, <br />is hereby preliminarily approved and confirmed. <br />Section 3. That the proposed assessments upon the subidivisions of <br />land in said District is in proportion to the estimated benefit to be <br />received by said subdivisions, respectively, from said work and of the <br />incidental expenses thereof, as contained in said report is hereby <br />preliminarily approved and confirmed. <br />Section 4. That said report shall stand as the Engineer's Report <br />for the purposes of all subsequent proceedings, and pursuant to the <br />proposed district and annexation. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 15th day of July, 1986. <br />BERT A.
