That pursuant to the requirements of the laws <br />if the State of California relating to general law cities, there is <br />called and ordered to be held in the City of Colton, California, a <br />Special Municipal Flection to be consolidated with the General Muni- <br />cipal Election to be held on November 4, 1986, for the purpose of <br />submitting the following proposed ordinance: <br />Shall the Ordinance on <br />Stabilization of Rents <br />YES <br />of Dwelling Units and <br />Mobile Home Park Spaces <br />be adopted? <br />NO <br />SECTION 2. That the text of the ordinance is attached as <br />Exhibit A and will be made available upon request submitted to the <br />City Clerk. <br />SECTION 3. That a synopsis of the proposed ordinance will <br />be prepared for publication and printing for inclusion in the sample <br />ballot. <br />SECTION 4. That the notice of the time and place of hold- <br />ing the election is given and the City Clerk is authorized, instruct <br />and directed to give further or additional notice of the election in <br />time, form and manner as required by law. <br />SECTION 5. That the City Clerk shall certify to the passag <br />and adoption of this resolution and enter it into the book of origi- <br />nal resolutions. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 21st day of July, 1986. <br />A B^RT A.
