WHEREAS, representatives of the City and Agency and representatives <br />of the County and District have met and mutually agred upon a method to alleviate <br />said financial burden or detriment. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Colton as follows: <br />Section 1. The Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit "A" for the <br />alleviation of financial burden or deteriment is hereby approved. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the <br />City of Colton at an adjourned meeting held this 16th day of October , 1986. <br />Albert A.
