R-161-86 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND CONFIRMING REPORT OF <br />COLTON BUILDING OFFICIAL FILED PURSUANT TO <br />CHAPTER 9 OF THE UNIFORM BUILDING CODE, ORDI- <br />NANCE NO. 1672 OF THE CITY OF COLTON, AND THE <br />ASSESSMENTS OF CHARGES AGAINST REAL PROPERTY <br />IN ACCORDANCE THEREWITH. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton has incurred certain expenses <br />in the demolition of the building or structure on the premises here <br />inafter described; and <br />WHEREAS, a report specifying the work done, the itemized a d <br />total cost of said work, the description of said real property upon <br />which the building or structure was located and the names and ad- <br />dresses of the person or persons entitled to notice pursuant to Cha - <br />ter 9 of the Uniform Building Code, Ordinance No. 1672, has been su - <br />mitted by the City Clerk to the City Council for consideration; and <br />WHEREAS, said City Council has heretofore fixed the time, <br />date and place of hearing said report, to wit, November 4, 1986, at <br />the hour of 7:30 p, m., in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 650 <br />North La Cadena Drive, Colton, California, legal notices of which <br />have been given; and <br />WHEREAS, no written protests or objections to the proposed <br />charge, expense and cost have been filed with the City Clerk prior o <br />the time set for said hearing; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council at the time and place of said he r- <br />ing did duly hear and pass upon said report, together with objectio s <br />and protests thereto, if any; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council made no revisions, corrections o <br />modifications to said report and is satisfied with the correctness <br />
