Each and every recital hereinabove set forth is found <br />to be true and correct and as such adopted herein and hereat. <br />2. The report of the Building Official, as submitted, is <br />hereby confirmed. <br />3. The City Council does assess the following charges <br />against real properties described as: <br />$6,080. - Parcel No. 160-183-48, Records of San <br />Bernardino County, commonly known as 1597 North Mt. <br />Vernon Avenue, Colton, California. <br />Said charge shall be recorded on the assessment roll <br />for real property in the County of San Bernardino. <br />4. A certified copy of this assessment is directed to be <br />filed by the City Clerk with the County Auditor for the County of <br />San Bernardino; said assessment shall become a lien in favor of the <br />City of Colton against the aforesaid real property and shall con- <br />tinue until the assessment and all interest due and payable thereon <br />are paid. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 4th day of November, 198 <br />ALBERT A.
