The City and County have negotiated the transfer of ad <br />valorem taxes as required by this proposal. <br />5. The hereinafter described territory is detached from <br />the County Service Area 38, Improvement Zone G of County Service <br />Area 38, County Service Area 70, and Improvement Zone A of County <br />Service Area 70. <br />10 6. That said territory, the annexation of which to the <br />11 City of Colton is herein approved, is all that territory situated <br />12 in the County of San Bernardino, State of California, more <br />13 particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached. <br />14 7. That the regular County assessment roll will be used <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />for tax purposes. <br />8. That the affected property will not be taxed for any <br />existing bonded indebtedness and/or contractural obligations. <br />9.
