The date of issuance of the Certificate of Completion <br />4 shall be the effective date of this annexation. <br />5 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the <br />6 City of Colton as follows: <br />7 WHEREAS, the public hearing by this City Council was held <br />8 upon the date at the time and place specified in said notice of <br />9 public hearing and in any order or orders continuing such hearing; <br />10 and <br />11 WHEREAS, at such hearing, the City Council heard and <br />12 received all oral and written protests; the City Council considered <br />13 all plans and proposed changes of organization and reorganization, <br />14 objections and evidence which were made, presented, or filed; it <br />15 received evidence as to whether the territory is inhabited or <br />16 uninhabited, improved or unimproved; and all persons present were <br />17 given an opportunity to hear and be heard in respect to any matter <br />18 relating to said application, in evidence presented at the hearing; <br />19 and <br />20 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council of <br />21 the City of Colton does hereby determine, resolve, order and <br />22 find as follows: <br />23 1. The Annexation of the territory hereinafter described <br />24 to the City of Colton is hereby approved and said territory is <br />25 hereby annexed to the City of Colton. <br />26 2.
