ANDERSEN CLASSIFICATION AND SALARY STUDIES <br />a. Effective July 1, 1985, the Andersen Classification and Salary studies <br />shall be implemented on an internal relationship basis (as set forth in the <br />attached chart, dated December 6, 1985, under the column "Rec. Sal. [E -Step]," <br />attached hereto as Appendix 1). <br />b. Unless modified by the appeal procedure set forth below, the job titles <br />shall be those set forth in Appendix 1. <br />C. Appeals regarding the findings of the Andersen studies shall be pursuant <br />to the attached Appeal Procedure (Appendix 2). Since it is the intent of <br />the parties that this Agreement be implemented upon ratification by the <br />parties, appeals regarding the Andersen studies will occur after <br />implementation of such studies. Nonetheless, any modifications resulting <br />from the appeal process shall be retroactive to July 1, 1985. <br />d. The above represents a settlement of any claims arising out of the <br />interpretation of the 1985 M.O.U. <br />3. Y -RATING <br />Notwithstanding the above, any <br />unit member employed prior to <br />March 4, 1986, <br />who earns more money then is reflected <br />in the above -referenced <br />salary schedule <br />shall be paid his/her current <br />salary <br />until such time that <br />increases to the <br />
