R-30-86 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON TO HOLD A JOINT PUBLIC HEARING WITH THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY FOR THE CITY OF COLTON TO CONSIDER THE PROPOSED REDEVELOPMENT PLAN AMENDMENT AND THE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT FOR THE COOLEY RANCH REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT NO. 4. WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 33355 of the California Health and Safety Code, the City Council of the City of Colton may consent to hold a joint public hearing with the Redevelopment Agency for City of Colton for the purpose of considering the pro- posed Redevelopment Plan Amendment; and WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Redevelopment Agency to hold a joint public hearing with the City Council to consider the proposed Redevelopment Plan Amendment and the Envirnomental Impact Report for the Cooley Ranch Redevelopment Project No. 4 on May 6, 1986. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Colton as follows: Section 1. That the City Council of the City of Colton hereby consents to a joint public hearing with the Redevelopment Agency for the City of Colton to consider the proposed Redevelop- ment Plan Amendment and the Environmental Impact Report for the Cooley Ranch Redevelopment Project No. 4. Section 2. That a joint public hearing with the Redevel- opment Agency for the City of Colton be held on said Redevelopment Plan Amendment as follows: Date: May 6, 1986 Time: 7:30 p. m.
