The City Council hereby consents to the hold- <br />ing of such hearing and the Redevelopment Agency for the City of <br />Colton is requested to meet jointly and hold such hearing with the <br />City Council on the date and time and at the place set forth in <br />Section 2. <br />Section 4. The City Clerk of the City of Colton is here - <br />by authorized and directed to transmit a copy of this resolution to <br />the Secretary of the Redevelopment Agency for the City of Colton. <br />Section 5. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and direct <br />ed to cooperate with the Secretary of the Redevelopment Agency for <br />the City of Colton, to cause a notice of such joint public hearing <br />on said Redevelopment Plan Amendment to be published once a week fo <br />four (4) successive weeks prior to the hearing on May 6, 1986. <br />Section 6. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and direct <br />ed to cooperate with the Secretary of the Redevelopment Agency for <br />the City of Colton, to cause copies of said Notice of such joint <br />public hearing, together with the map or statement required by Heal <br />and Safety Code Section 33350, to be mailed, by certified mail with <br />return receipt requested, to the last known assessee of each parcel <br />of land within the boundaries of the Cooley Ranch Redevelopment Pro <br />ect Area, at his last known address as shown on the last equalized <br />assessment roll of the County of San Bernardino. <br />Section 7. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and direct <br />ed to cooperate with the Executive Director of the Redevelopment <br />
