R- 3 6 - 8 6 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />TO CONSIDER MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING FOR MEMBERS OF <br />THE SAN BERNARDINO PUBLIC EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION, MANAGEMENT <br />AND CONFIDENTIAL UNIT, CITY OF COLTON, EFFECTIVE <br />JANUARY 1, 1986. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has given full consideration to the results <br />of meetings between representatives of the City of Colton and representatives <br />of the San Bernardino Public Employees Association, Management and Confiden- <br />tial Unit, held pursuant to Government Code Section 3500 et seq.; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Memorandum of Understanding, <br />marked Exhibit "A" and attached hereto, is incorporated into and made part <br />hereof and adopted hereby. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the provisions provided herein for the <br />Fiscal Year 1986 shall be effective as of January 1, 1986, unless dated other- <br />wise in Exhibit "A". <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 3,8th day of March, 1986. <br />ALBERT Ay HUNPOON <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />HELEN A.
