R-45-86 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON TO CONSIDER MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING <br />FOR MEMBERS OF THE COLTON POLICE ASSOCIATION OF <br />THE CITY OF COLTON, EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 1986. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has given full consideration <br />to the results of meetings between representatives of the City <br />of Colton and representatives of the Colton Police Association <br />held pursuant to Government Code Section 3500, et seq.; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Memorandum <br />of Understanding, marked Exhibit "A" - Police Rank and File <br />Unit, attached hereto is incorporated into and made a part <br />hereof and adopted hereby. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the provisions provided <br />herein for Calendar Year 1986 shall be effective as of <br />January 1, 1986. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 1st day of April, <br />1986. <br />A,TpTTE-ST:� <br />ELEN A. aRAMOS7 , CMC <br />City Clerk <br />L ERT A.
