R-53-86 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON TO CONSIDER MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING <br />FOR MEMBERS OF THE SAN BERNARDINO PUBLIC EMPLOYEES <br />ASSOCIATION, GENERAL UNIT, CITY OF COLTON, <br />EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 1986. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has given full consideration to <br />the results of meetings between representatives of the City of <br />Colton and representatives of the San Bernardino Public Employees <br />Association, General Unit, held pursuant to Government Code <br />Section 3500 et seq.; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Memorandum of <br />Understanding, marked Appendix "A" and attached hereto, is <br />incorporated into and made a part hereof and adopted hereby. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the provisions provided herein <br />for the Calendar Year 1986 shall be effective as of January 1, <br />1986, unless dated otherwise in Appendix "A". <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 29th da of April, 1986. <br />RT A.
