RANGE ADJUSTMENT. <br />The Account Clerk II position shall be placed on two ranges (as set <br />forth in the Job Classification List and Monthly Payroll Rate Schedule <br />marked Exhibit "A"), with the position at Range 14.0 to be designated <br />as Account Clerk II (Supervisory). Said change shall be effective <br />October 1, 1985. <br />2. INTERNAL ALIGNMENT ADJUSTMENTS. <br />5ffective Octobr 1, 1985, the salaries for the following positions shall <br />be increased to adjust and improve internal alignments (as set forth in t <br />Jeb Classification List and Monthly Payroll Rate Schedule marked <br />Exhibit "A"): <br />(a) Account Clerk I, 5%; Account Clerk II, 5%; Account Clerk II <br />(Supervisory), 17.9%; Accountant, 5%; Street Foreman, 5%; <br />Cemetery Leadman, 5%; Parks Leadman, 5%; Sanitation Leadman, 5%; <br />Street Leadman, 5%; Water Leadman, 5%; Collections Officer, 8%; <br />Equipment Mechanic, 8%; Equipment Operator and Welder -Water <br />Serviceman, less than 1% (equal to Maintenance Man III). <br />3. SALARY INCREASE. <br />Effective January 1, 1986, the salary schedule shall be increased by <br />
