MAINTENANCE OF BENEFITS. <br />All other terms and conditions of employment in existence immediately <br />prior to the effective date of this Memorandum of Understanding and not <br />altered by this agreement shall remain the same, unchanged, and in full <br />force and effect unless altered by the mutual agreement of the City and <br />the Association. <br />5.
