R-71-86 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON TO CONSIDER MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING <br />FOR MEMBERS OF THE COLTON POLICE ASSOCIATION OF <br />THE CITY OF COLTON, EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 1986. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has given full consideration <br />to the results of meetings between representatives of the City <br />of Colton and representatives of the Colton Police Association <br />held pursuant to Government Code Section 3500, et seq.; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Memorandum <br />of Understanding, marked Appendix "A" - Police Management <br />Unit, Lieutenants and Captains - attached hereto is incorporated <br />into and made a part hereof and adopted hereby. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the provisions provided <br />herein for Calendar Year 1986 shall be effective as of <br />January 1, 1986. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 6th day of May, <br />1986. <br />ATTEST: <br />HELEN A.
