Types of Services and Facilities; <br />Incidental Expenses. <br />(a) The types of public services to be provided within <br />and financed by the Community Facilities District are police <br />protection services and fire protection and suppression services <br />(the "Services"). <br />(b) The types of public facilities (the "Facilities") <br />to be provided within and financed by the Community Facilities <br />District are: <br />(1) Storm drainage facilities; <br />(2) A fire station, including equipment and <br />furnishings therefor, and a 1500 gallon per minute pumper truck; <br />�I <br />(3) A multipurpose community building, including <br />equipment and furnishings therefor; and <br />(4) Expansion and rehabilitation of streets. <br />The incidental expenses which will be incurred are: <br />i <br />(i) the cost of planning and designing the Facilities and the <br />I <br />Icost of environmental evaluations thereof, (ii) all costs asso- <br />ciated with the creation of the Community Facilities District, <br />issuance of the bonds thereof, determination and collection of <br />the annual amount of special taxes, or costs otherwise incurred <br />lin order to carry out the authorized purposes of the Community <br />,Facilities District, and (iii) any other expenses incidental to <br />the acquisition, construction, completion and inspection of the <br />Facilities. <br />-5- <br />
