1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 and said special taxes have, therefore, not been limited by majority protest pursuant to Section 53324 of the California Government Code, (v) the City Council is, therefore, authorized to adopt a resolution of formation pursuant to Section 53325.1 of the California Government Code for the establishment of Community Facilities District No. 87-1 of the City of Colton, Ccunty of San Bernardino, State of California, and the Community Facilities District should be established, and (vi) the boun- daries of the Community Facilities District should be altered to exclude the parcel of property being purchased by the Rialto Unified School District as a school site, as such parcel will not be subject to the levy of special taxes. Section 2. Establishment of District. Community Facilities District No. 87-1 of the City of Colton, County of San Bernardino, State of California, is hereby established. Section 3. Alteration and Establishment of Boun- daries. The boundaries of the Community Facilities District shall be altered to exclude the parcel of property which is being purchased by the Rialto Unified School District. The boundaries of the Community Facilities District, as so altered, are set forth and described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and are also shown on the map entitled "Amended Boundaries of Community Facilities District No. 87-1 of the City of Colton, County of San Bernardino, State of California," which is on file ciith the City Clerk of the City and said boundaries are hereby established. Resolution No. R-130-87, the resolution of intention for the Community Facilities District, is amended by substituting the altered boundaries of the Community Facilities -4--
